Brief History of La Dolce Vita
The roots of La Dolce Vita Italian Citizenship Services are firmly rooted in the rich cultural fabric of our hometown, Rijeka, Croatia.
This city, with its profound historical ties to Italy, has been a testament to tales of families separated by borders but bound by heritage.
As members of the Fiumani community – Croatians with deep-seated connections to Italian ancestry – we understood the significance of recognizing and preserving our mutual Italian heritage.
We soon realized that many individuals worldwide, not just in Rijeka, sought to connect or reconnect with their Italian lineage.
This understanding led to the creation of La Dolce Vita Italian Citizenship Service.

The name “La Dolce Vita” is Italian for “The Sweet Life”. She settled in New Jersey, a city that boasts a large Italian community, allowing her to deeply connect with the vibrant Italian-American culture and the lifelong wish many in the community have to reconnect with their family roots. Seeing this passion inspired Jelena to wholeheartedly support Italian-Americans in their journey to gain Italian citizenship.
